Keys Aren’t Just For Doors
Today’s comic is in no way an endorsement for violence against Rent-A-Cops. Rent-A-Cop violence is a terrible epidemic in this country, and we should all do our part to ensure that these majestic creatures continue to patrol our nation’s warehouses, construction sites, office complexes, hotels, and shopping malls.

Top of the line v6, that looks you drew a crow vic. That would be a v8.

It wasn’t meant to specifically be a Crown Vic. Most of the time rent-a-cops seem to tool around in cheap knockoffs that look like but aren’t the police cruisers, hence the joke about him thinking a V6 was totally awesome. I actually had an old Taurus in mind, but a bit of Crown Vic probably snuck in since that’s the generic cop car. Leave it to a rent-a-cop to tool around in his “awesome” V6 cruiser fantasizing about the day when he can finally turn on those yellow lights and go into hot pursuit chasing a shoplifter across the parking lot at speeds exceeding 30 miles per hour!
